Mourpak packaging machinery is backed up by a highly
professional and efficient after sales service.
WARRANTY
Mourpak machinery has a warranty of six months from date of installation and
commissioning. All purchased-in pneumatic and electronic components are
supported by the manufactures with a minimum six months warranty.
Mourpak machinery is manufactured principally from stainless steel and anodised aluminium
materials. These materials are hardwearing and have a long life. All
wetted parts are manufactured from 316 grade stainless steel which is a particularly
high standard.
Consequently the parts that do wear are limited mainly to seals and O-rings
and they are supplied as spare parts with the machines when they are purchased.
Mechanical service then is only occasional and consists mainly of replacing
seals and O-rings which the majority of customers do themselves.
ELECTRONIC COMPONENT SERVICE
An electronics engineer is on-call 24hours a day, 7 days a week to attend to
any failure of electronic equipment. Most of the machinery is controlled by a Programmable
Logic Controller (PLC) and once programmed in the factory the
machinery tends to run trouble free with only the occasional service call. The
machines all carry an identification plate which shows the name, address, and
phone number of the company for service during normal working hours and the
mobile phone number of the service engineer is supplied to the customer.
